Centuary Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, system downtime, or third-party integrations.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services without notice in case of policy violations, security risks, or regulatory non-compliance.

All platform content, trademarks, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of Centuary Tech and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
